Java Pops

We love summer ice pops..... and well i love coffee ice stuff, so these are the perfect combo and such a cool yummy treat!

2 cups warm brewed coffee
5-6  tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/4 cup half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients together and pour into ice pop molds. Freeze and enjoy!

Now I want to find some of these ice pop molds...

  13. First, I need to buy some popsicle molds. Second, I need to make these because my sons love the flavor of coffee and are upset that Wendy's has discontinued Frosticchinos. These would satisfy them. Thanks for sharing on A Well-Seasoned Life's Sweet Indulgences Sunday.
