Friday Food

Do you ever get hungry for a great pot roast in the summer but it is just too hot to make one in your oven?
Here is a great crockpot roast for those too HOT days and it is eazy peazy too!





Three Envelope Pot Roast

1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 cup water
Vegetables (potatoes, onions and carrots)
Beef roast

Place roast in slow cooker /crockpot and pour the three packets over it then pour water over roast.
Add in vegetables, cover and cook for 8 hours on low.
