Cranberry Chicken(Favorite frozen ahead meal)
My favorite frozen ahead meal is Cranberry Chicken.
4 frozen chicken breasts
a can of whole cranberry sauce
an envelope of dry onion soup
half a bottle of french dressing
about a tablespoon of worcestershire
I put everything but the chicken in a gallon freezer bag, smoosh it together well, plop in the chicken, smoosh is again and toss it in the freezer. Take it out to thaw in the fridge the day before, put all in a baking dish and bake at 325 until those breasts are done. Approx. 35-45 minutes.
I always like to make two bags at a time (uses up the french dressing) so if I have company coming I can pull out both bags.
