Almond Joy Clusters
1 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup of shredded coconut
3/4 cup of whole almonds
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Stir in the almonds and coconut.
Drop by rounded scoops onto a wax paper covered plate. Refrigerate until firm
Easy enough for even a girl with a curl. Love sent to you on this Thursday morning!
